PhotoSwap lets you take a picture and send it anonymously to another random PhotoSwap user. Though there's isn't much to the program, we found the idea of taking (and receiving) anonymous pictures interesting. A reply button makes it possible for you and your recipients to hold a photo conversation. Though it would seem like an anonymous photo-sending app would bring out some inappropriate pictures, we never saw anything other than random shots of outdoor environments, television screens, and sometimes pictures of typed responses on computer screens. If an inappropriate image does come up, PhotoSwap offers a Report button which sends the picture for review, and will possibly result in banning the offender. We think this might be a good enough deterrent as is. We would like the ability to save received images and use images from our library. Overall, we think PhotoSwap is a nice diversion and a chance to see a snapshot from another persons life.
Looking at something worth taking a picture of? Use PhotoSwap and send your picture immediately to another randomly selected PhotoSwap user. In exchange, you'll get a picture from him. You can reply to each picture you receive with another picture. PhotoSwap lets you engage in a real photo-based conversation. Each picture taken has one and only one recipient. Be surprised by a unique glimpse into someone elses life.
