Malware installs automatically w/this free download and no amount of scanning with top-notch PC protection will rid your computer of them.
My PC would not load after I tried to reboot after Symantec got rid of the threats/tracking cookies--I ran 2 Quick Scans and 1 Full Scan. I had to reset my 3-weeks-old, brand new desktop.Summary

I can do many nice things with my photos, like combining a few photos into one page and frame it. Very cute!
Cons
Too bad it comes with so much junk that it's not worth the trouble to try this program. It hijacks your pc.
Summary
This is a program loved. I had it in my old pc and I don't recall it installing junk on that one. But now, when I tried to install it on my new pc., it installed so much junk, even when I denied it and tried to get out of the installation, that I had to go and uninstall everything I DID NOT give permission to in the first place and it installed anyway.
I turned off my pc thinking it would stop installing, but when I turned my pc on again, there was all the junk. There's no 'stop' button and you can't even close it.
Invasive and dangerous. What a nightmare! -

I take a lot of pictures and use many different programs to edit my work. I do have and use Photoshop C6. PhotoScape is a powerful editing programs that has tons of features in making your pictures looking great. If I'm not going to edit the layers of my pics and need to tweak the lighting, contrast, brightness or crop its size I use PhotoScape. It's one of a handful of editing tools in my lightroom that I use often. You can't go wrong in downloading and using it. I would recommend it highly to all photographers novice and pros alike.

If you have any experience with foto/image editors, this will be a breeze to use. It is VERY easy to combine fotos, edit images and to make slideshows. It is interactive. I found it fluid to use. After about 15 minutes, I understood and was able to use all of its features without issue. I recommend it to everyone even newbies. Just save as you go! :) I have had NO issues or side effects on my system. I have been using it OFTEN for over 30 days now. I recommened it to several others. I am http://www.carolinacottoncompany.com and I made the home images with Photoscape.

I am used to MORE options in a few areas but the ease of use is worth more than having a few more effects here and there! It is free. I have had NO issues or side effects on my system.

Love this program under normal optimal downloading and installation circumstances.
Cons
Malware was blocked by McAfee. But when I first downloaded it, I had TrendMicro, which didn't catch the trojan. I just had to do a system restore and lost loads of information as a result. This download should be removed.
