CNET Editors' review
Password Depot offers users a safe-house to store all of their usernames and passwords. We found it extremely intuitive to navigate and were impressed by its variety of customization options.
The program requires that you enter a master password to access the program. Very straightforward command buttons line the top of the program's user interface (Add, Delete, Modify, Search, and so on). The Group feature made it easy to organize and quickly locate our different password accounts. Entering new information was simply a matter of clicking the Add button, and inputting our username, password, URL, and assigning it an expiration date and a category, such as Internet or Home Banking. Our password information was instantly saved and displayed in its own separate window. The program includes the capability to copy the password, username, or URL to your clipboard to instantly paste wherever needed. Using the same commands at the top of the screen, we were able to quickly modify our password details, print them, and finally, delete them altogether. We were surprised by the amount of customization options that Password Depot included, from editing how our passwords were displayed, to assigning an overall password policy for minimum length and characters.
The program comes with tons of help, including a searchable Help menu, as well as a tutorial. The 30-day trial period is plenty of time for even the most novice user to learn its ins and outs. It did install desktop icons without asking, but it uninstalled cleanly. We highly recommend Password Depot for anyone looking to keep their password information safe and sound.

Sorry, my comments refer to the wrong software. I did not like using Password Depot. I deleted it and downloaded Last Pass Software instead. Last Pass works like a charm -- all comments refer to it not Password Depot
