PS Hot Launch's tiny, plain interface is easily accessed via its tray icon. It's easy to create a menu of your favorite programs and often accessed files and folders. Adding a shortcut is a snap; you just drag and drop the target file or a program directly to the program's Explorer-style list. Adding a subgroup or a separator to organize shortcuts takes a second. Navigating Windows Explorer for often-used folders is eliminated as you quickly access files from the menu. Even quicker access is made through setting a hot key for each shortcut. As you create a new shortcut you enable the hot-key function and press the desired combination. It couldn't be faster and easier, though we greatly miss a sortable and printable list of used hot keys. This time-saving freeware is for any level user looking to speed access to often used folders, files, and applications.
