This photo-album-creation tool lacks fancy editing features, but it's functional and totally free. PPSee lets you create simple albums and publish them online fairly quickly. The application's interface isn't its strong point, as it appears cluttered and initially can be quite confusing. Still, once you learn your way around, you'll find a decent number of options when creating a photo album. For instance, you can choose from a few templates, change the album's layout and color scheme, and resize thumbnails. You'll even find a tool for creating slide shows with transition effects. For editing, however, PPSee offers only a simple rotation tool. That said, we were able to create an album with 20 digital images in a few seconds. Those with some HTML skills will be able to easily recreate what PPSee can do for free, but if you're not a coder and want a superbasic, no-cost program, this one will do just fine.Publisher's description

"it is fast and easy to use. It is a useful tool if you do not expect to much."
Pros: It is fast, easy to use. You can easily create an album and share your images. It is a useful tool if you want to create an album in a short time period.
Cons: The look of the program and the album is unprefessional. Could be better.
