PLiska Image Resizer is a simple Windows application built to batch resize images (resize pictures/photos in bulk). You simply specify the desired pixel size, select the images to resize, and hit resize button. You may drag and drop multiple image files into the program window and resize them all at once.
What's new in this version: Version 3.0 features an ability to specify the width and the height.

program kept crashing. running vista on a 6 core with 12gigs ram and this thing couldn't hack it.
Malwarebytes also found scumware in the install.Summary
free program and still not worth the price.

It works great, and is so useful. It really changed quantity of my time spent resizing pictures, and quality is great. Also, I am sure that it would be hard to find some other tool that would shrink images to such a small size, compared to resolution

handles very large files easily and quickly, easy to use, reliable

kind of difficult to figure out to start, need to highlight all the pictures you want to resize instead of being able to drag in folders
