PA Server Monitor monitors your servers and network, sends notifications when needed, runs corrective actions and has rich reporting. It monitors: event logs, CPU usage, memory usage, free disk space, SNMP, changed files and directories, running services, directory quotas, Network Interface Card (NIC) usage, performance counter values, POP, IMAP, and SMTP mail servers, Web page content and load times and server temperature. Several notification and action types are available and can easily be configured to run based on monitor findings. In addition, reports can be generated based on monitored resource values. PA Server Monitor runs as a service. No agents are needed to monitor remote servers.
What's new in this version: Version 4.1.0.10 update works with a Microsoft patch that recently went out.

Pros
Tech support very responsive and helpful. Price was great. Product works great.
Cons
Tech support has helped me work through all issues so far. It is a simple solution that works for us, so not a lot of fancy bells and whistles (which happens to be a pro for us).
