OutlookExtract Pro is a set of tools that let you export and manage the messages and attachments stored in Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Mail. You can save the messages as mime EML, Outlook message MSG, Adobe PDF or as Text / HTML files. The extracted messages are stored in a folder of your choice maintaining the original folder structure. You can define extraction filters and burn the extracted messages to CD/DVD. The provided EmailExplorer tool is a powerful e-mail manager that let you view, search, and print the messages stored on disk or CD. It recognizes and reads MSG, EML, MHT, PDF, HTM and TXT files natively, you don't need any other application installed to view them such as Outlook or Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can export the header information and the HTML and text parts of the selected messages to Excel, XML file or a comma delimited text file. You can also convert formats from MSG to EML, MSG to MHT, MSG to PDF, MSG to HTM/TXT.

Version 2.2 build 53 adds extraction filters and the option to delete the messages once they have been exported.
