From Microsoft:Use the Microsoft Global Input Method Editor for Office XP (Traditional Chinese) to input Traditional Chinese text in your documents, worksheets, presentations, mail messages, publications, and Web pages. After you have installed the Global IME, just start your Office XP program, select Traditional Chinese from the language bar, and you can type Traditional Chinese, regardless of the language version of Office XP or the operating system you are using.

Summary: "dont bother if you have windows 2000" well... it does say that in all the download pages... so why would you even try? If you dont read the conditions... dont complain.
