Cons
You still need to have Powerpoint installed to use this app. Turns out to just be a simplified interface for one PPT operation. It's not that hard to just choose File > Save As in Power Point, and then choose Jpeg. Does the same thing.
Summary
Not worth it if you already have PPT.
