• Poor performance and abysmal support.

  Pros

  Excellent GUI and helpful on-line pages. Nicely presented and easy to set up.

  Cons

  Default monitoring rate is 1 hour. Any other monitoring rate causes all alerts to be deleted from the database at start up. Alerts when no page change. Support seems to be non existent. Some settings are impossible to understand.

  Summary

  On first sight the program looks absolutely brilliant but in practice it just does not perform. I contacted support but received no reply to any of my questions. The contact form allows for only a limited number of characters so it was necessary to send 3 support forms. I have uninstalled. Am now using AlertBox which performs perfectly.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Nov 29, 2011<p/>Update on my review for version 1.23 The developer has replied 29th.Nov 2011 to all my queries. It appears that there is a bug which occurs with certain monitoring rates which will be fixed in the next version. My other setting queries have now also been answered. If you want to try this program I suggest waiting for the release of the next version.
