Version: NT Disk Viewer 1
"Displays the data in raw disk sectors"
Pros: Allows you to view the contents of raw disk sectors in hex or ASCII. Distributed as a single .exe file.
Cons: I wish the hex display showed just hex with a space in between each byte. Instead it shows every byte in octal, hex and character like this: "119($077) 5E ^" which makes it impossible to view the entire sector in the small window without scrolling.
