I expected it to allow me to enter foods to calculate calories based on another review, but it seems to only track weight, as the description says. There was a tutorial feature that simply highlighted the controls on the page which did not help.

If it does more than track weight, then it's not easy to find the information. There was a tutorial feature that simply highlighted the controls on the page and this only had information on adding weight.
To cancel your account you have to complete an email form requesting this be done manually, which seems a bit unnecessarily cumbersome. -

Pros
Provides history of weight, measurements, BMI, calories and exercise and visually shows your progress in graph form. With the added benefit to journal as desired, this tool and a welcoming community propels you forward to weight loss success!

No negative comments. Would suggest that it be enhanced to allow a date range to be selected and have a graph compiled for that date range.
Summary
Weight - I am able to track my weight on a daily basis, which tremendously helps me with accountability. It's simple and easy to input my weight and I can enter additional information with as much or little detail as I wish.
Measurements - Allowing me to keep periodic measurements of my arm, calf, chest, hips, thigh and waist lets me monitor the physical changes that are occurring.
Dress size - It is so exciting to begin at a 30/32 dress size and yourself melt away to a size 12; it is inspiring!
Calories - Monitoring and recording my calories on a daily basis was crucial when beginning my weight loss program. Now, I periodically will track the calories, especially in times where my weight loss has stopped or the occasional times that I backtrack a pound or two. It allows me to place to honestly record what I am doing and that accountability helps me make conscious choices rather than partake in subconscious eating or guessing at calories.
If you're using points, you can record them just as one would the calories so it supports various weight loss programs.
Events - With one simply key stroke, you can check the events (exercise or parties) that may have affected your weight. This provides a gentle reminder as you review your weight tracker history and wonder what may have helped or hindered your progress.
Journal - This allows a more in depth notation of what may be influencing your weight loss progress. By periodically recording significant events, emotions, travel, parties, successes and feelings, it helps us begin to see a pattern of behavior that we can address. And, if we elect to share this, our friends offer amazing support, encouragement, information and motivation.
Highly recommend this as an essential weight loss tool and a wonderful history to provide to your physician or simply to keep to record your own weight loss journey.
