If you need to accurately monitor and keep track of blood pressure readings, this application gets the job done. While My Blood Pressure is easy to use, its online tutorial gives you a jumpstart on how it works. Its interface is logically arranged to easily enter and edit pulse and BP readouts, and will even alert you when it's time to take your blood pressure.Once you enter a few readings, including the date and time taken and the systolic and diastolic levels, chart options are made available. The program creates a graph of BP trends and you can view and print readings and averages. We especially like its highlighter feature of high level readings. Plus, it can be adjusted according to your specific blood pressure condition (high, low, and normal).
While users with hypertension will certainly find this 15-day trial utility useful, anyone concerned with heart health will appreciate its approach.

My Blood Pressure is software that reminds you to take a blood pressure reading, records, and charts readings from your monitor, and prints a report for your doctor. Use My Blood Pressure to get the most out of your home blood pressure monitor machine. My Blood Pressure can calculate and print averages for groups of your readings (for example the average of your AM readings in the last 45 days) and the option to set the personal systolic and diastolic levels that signal a high reading (defaults to 120/80). Multiple report options are available including: a printed formatted report containing your chart, averages and individual readings, a Web page generated report that creates a Web page of your blood pressure reading history, and a text report for e-mailing.
What's new in this version: Version 3.10 build 307 contains a new local backup option.

Can create all sorts of charts and tweak to your hearts content
Cons
Does not provide the historically recognised vertical line between Systolic and Diastolic readings (I know this form of charting has been superceded but so many doctors have not got to grips with the new recommendations)

This is very easy to use software that does what it is supposed to do very well. The reporting features are excellent.

The support from the developer has been excellent with upgrades coming regularly and any problems fixed quickly. My Dr. is very impressed with the reports that it produces. By regular tracking of my BP, diet and exercise, he has taken me off the BP pills.

Particularly like chart & adjustable level-colors. Full "reports" can include comments, catagoriess. Intuitive. Ease of use and clarity of charts. Digital email for Dr's office. Free version upgrades.

Instant warning on chart when I've been bad or forgotten my meds!
Would like to see a "Macintosh" version as i had to take paper notes at work and transfer them to the Desktop PC at home.Summary
Initially convinced me it wasn't the "white-coat" effect & did have high blood pressure. Was able to take notes when at work for weeks or months at a time (at sea) and back-enter easily when I got home. Almost instant effects show when meds are adjusted without the long drive to Doctor's office. Easy and clarity and functionality is terrific right out of box, but if you need or want to, it is easily customizable. Been with it several years, and several medication adjustments. Never lost data when upgrading.
Initially tried several other programs, this one at least a magnitude better & easier, so have never bothered to look for other programs since, -
"Simplicity itself"

Pros
I had a serious problem recently with very low Blood Pressure. I was advised to monitor my BP regularly since I also suffer from Diabetes. I tested many BP monitoring programs but found "My Blood Pressure" easiest to use and the most comprehensive.
Cons
I have found nothing to dislike about this program. It is very user-friendly.
Summary
Absolutely wonderful program. Easy to use and produces excellent records. Easily beats all other competitors. Thoroughly recommended. I have been using it consistently for more than two years now.

"My Doctors' Love it"

Pros
Ease of Use, Wonderful Charts & Reports, Excellent Product Support, User Group, Ability to Create Catagories & Events for Comparisons, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly and Seasonal Comparisons.
Cons
Unable to integrate their other software (I also have Blood Glucose) to see an overall fitness pattern. Would love to see activity (exercise) field and a place to list the medications I am taking.
Summary
I have used several health software, healthvault, google's health, Omron's site; but none compares with My Health in the ability to catagorize readings. None has the charting capabilities as My Health. When I present my reports to my doctors who partner with me in maintaining my health, they are always "floored" by the way the reports and charts are organized.

Design, charts printigs are outstanding. Categories and events are unique. You can administrate your medcine dosage and you can report it, visualizing the differences between variants Plus you can use more users. Fully customizable.
Cons
The weight is very important regarding blood pressure. An input field about that is missing a bit, but fortunatelly it can be replaced by categories.
Summary
I have tried a few blood pressure software and they were ridicoulus after using MyBloodPressure.
