This program is an add-on to Windows Media Player (WMP). Its main goal is to deal with some of the shortcomings of WMP, but it also adds some new and useful functionality. Main features: improved cover and album art support; improved library; improved network support; remote access functionality; improved search; improved browsing/grouping; improved tag editing; cover search functionality; improved playlist and random play.
Version 1.1 now is free.

"Would have been better as a plug-in"
Cons: This software's interface was unimpressive and the tools it offers would have been better simply as a plug-in for Media player rather than a stand alone program.
