Version: MozyHome Remote Backup 1.16.1.3
"Yet another fraud peddled by CNET. NOT Free"
Pros: When this used to be FREE it wasn't too bad, provided you didn't upload media files
Cons: Claims to be FREE, yet tries to illicit upon sign up and won't allow you to progress unless to submit financial info. Scam
Summary: Not FREE. another scam

Version: MozyHome Remote Backup 1.16.1.3
Pros: Exactly what I expected - tweak settings easy to do, simple interface, great for the $ which is 0.
Cons: I've not yet attempted restoring, so can't give Mozy a perfect score yet.
Summary: satisfied user

Cons: First slow backup was NOTHING compared to the restore attempt. 90GB would take OVER A MONTH to download & the files are only avail from MZ 7 DAYS! NONE would extract. I've got ZILCH and they're "suggesting" I BUY CDs from them w my info on them!
Summary: Was told when I purchased that there would be NO compatibility problems between OS but I suspect the downloads aren't working because of such issues. MIGHT be fine for those who never change OS but, in spite of the inability to extract, the speed o... read more >>

Version: MozyHome Remote Backup 1.16.1.3
Pros: Seems to perform like it should and have all the needed options.
Cons: The UI is sometimes a little hard to figure out. Need to search for ways to do what you want, if you want to "tune" things a little.

Version: MozyHome Remote Backup 1.16.1.3
"Excellent way to backup critical data"
Pros: Automatically backs up 2GB offsite for free.
Cons: Pay to backup more than 2GB.
Summary: Automatic offsite backup is a critical part of an overall backup strategy.
