"Does the job w/o much effort or problems"
Pros: Never had a problem.
Cons: None for the past 4 years.
Summary: A great backup program. Use it or lose it.

"Doesn't backup removable drives"
Pros: Easy to use,
Cons: Won't backup removable drives e.g. usb pen drives. Emails with Mozy support confirmed this. A major problem for me as I normally work from a pen drive.
Summary: OK for what it is, just be aware of its shortcomings.

"Good value - free! Has worked steadily without errors."
Pros: Once set up you just let it get on with the task
Cons: A little more memory would be useful but can't complain as its free
Summary: I have to confess that BT Vault has sometimes let me down. MozyHome never has so I am more confident in using it.
