Nice to see the bug fixed so quickly, and the flag is much nicer than "Low!" flashing every five seconds. Also nice that, while the flag continues to flash, it doesn't beep every five seconds anymore. The various finder tools are kinda neat too. One feature I'd like is the ability to set it so that, when disk space goes bellow the limit, instead of continually flashing the flag, it just switches to a flag icon and stays there until disk space goes back into a good area. Even without that it's a nice app, though. I'm also curious about the Fire Brigade feature you mention in the preference pane. It says it's "not available in this free release"? I visited your website but did not find any information on the present or future status of a paid version of the software. My last suggestion is this: Mounty is small, and consists of a single app with a readme file. Instead of using an Installer package, why not just put the app on the disk image, and allow the user to drag it to their application folder (or wherever else they like)?

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Mounty seems to be checking for free space on the Audio CD in my CD-Rom drive, which, of course, has 0kb free space. This is quite a flaw, as it means that it beeps at me and flashes in my menu bar every five seconds, rendering it basically unusable. Other than that, it seems to be a nice idea. My menu bar is so cluttered I can't really use it, much as it might be helpful (Clock, Displays, Volume, UptimeInMenuBar, SETIMenu, iSeek and Synergy). Even so, I might consider using it if you get around the bug with the CDs. Nice try, though.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />from what i see if is it supposed to be giving feedback in menubar as well as warning sound? If so the the menu item displays so fast I can't tell what it's doing, suppose it's trying to show me which drive is getting full. This is way to short of a display time, actually it's almost annoying to see the menu item jumping back and forth, would actually prefer if it just pop up a window telling you which drive is the problem. Also a sub-menu that would show you all drives and stats for them would be cool. But what i really need is email notification so i can easily keep track of other peoples Macs that i'm responsible for keeping up. This would make this app worth $$$ to me. Seem to be a simple basic and striaght forward little app that just needs a little polish.
