Version: Mortgage Minder 4.0.34
Pros: This application you can calculate the complete cost of your mortgage, add additional payments, or additions to each payment and determine if you are saving enough money. You get to see a complete matrix of the status of your loan and you can save each example and evaluate the current status of your loan to keep your lender in line. Worth the investment!! I used the Trial version for 1-2 years, then decided to get serious on the money I saved and bought the program. Great support and the programmer takes time to evaluate all suggestions to this application. ***Business version used to show your clients the cost of buying that home!!!*** ***Will private label this program for your business!!!***
Cons: Other loan options are available that take some adjustment to do with this program. It's not tough, but could be a little user friendly.
