Mini Speed is a utility to help speed up your Internet connection. Mini Speed changes some Windows settings to give you faster performance. The program changes your Max Segment size, Max Transmission unit, RWIN Value, NDI Cachsize, and Time to Live. These settings are online for people with 56k modems, but the port settings can increase the speeds for 56k, LAN, cable, and so on. Mini Speed has an easy-to-use interface.
Version 3.0 features a wizard, better backup support, an updated GUI, better Port modem boost settings, and bug fixes.

It works well for me , u can test ur speed with downloading a YouTube video. It increases speed to ur surfing internet. I've tried quite alot of internet boost up , download accelerator , firetune etc. but it didn't work like Mini Speed...but there is some problem , read the cons below...

I have to restart my computer anytime after I wanna use it again after Shut down. It seems like whenever u turn off ur computer , Mini Speed needs to customize all option and restart again...but it worth to do that.
