• Very Good (and it is free)

  Pros

  Much more simple to use than some other MM software - the learning curve isn't as big. Has a very nice 'Office' style ribbon and interface. Very plesant to look at. Lots of features including: adding icons, clip art, setting priority and more. MindMaple Lite has an iPad app with Dropbox and Google Drive integration so you can always access and edit saved files.

  Cons

  It's easier to use, but, for me, could be more simpler which isn't a very serious con to this software, it's just me.

  Summary

  The fact that it has an iPad app as well as it being a Desktop software is a huge bonus, so the Dropbox integration, for me, is incredibly useful. Overall it has a nice, familiar design and doesn't need tooooo much learning on how to use it, it's easier than others I have tried. There is a paid version should you need certain features such as PDF conversion, and it is reasonably priced. I, personally, don't really need it so this Lite version is more than adequate.

  Pros

  - excellent product features, comparable with leading mind-map software, e.g. MindJet, MindMeister, etc. - easy to use - there's a tab function just like Excel. love it. - Ability to cut and paste screenshoot, adding attachment, etc. - very reasonable price ($9.99/yr compared with others, from $49 to $199 / yr)

  Cons

  - no access via internet browser, but can be easily overcome by using collaborative tool, such as Google Drive and Dropbox - although it is quite stable, there are some minor issue when using sync. I believe this will be improved. - no version for mac yet - i hope this will be added soon.

  Summary

  I would recommend this product to ALL users need MindMap application. Really great product with a reasonable price. I have tried lots of MindMap software, such as MindJet and MindMeister, but always stuck with the very high price (not reasonable what i can say - just compare it with full Office Suite). Once i found this program on CNET, i try the light version. It took me just one day to use it and I immediately purchase the Pro version to support further development. Love this application. Feature to be improve
