  Cannot comment since I was unable to play the game with Windows 7, 32 bit, operating system.

  Did not help with the Windows 7, 32 bit issue I was experiencing.

  Summary

  Previously installed this patch on computer with Windows XP operating system and it worked fine. After upgrading to Windows 7 32 bit operating system, I could not play the game. When researching the problem, I was provided a link to the Medal of Honor Allied Assault v1.11 patch as a solution to the problem. After downloading the patch, I still could not play the game. Looking closer at the specifications, I noticed the patch does not appear to cover the Windows 7 operating system.

  People from UK and US are able to use

  they made this for the US and UK countries only. So I cant use this patch.
