Version: MedHelp's Diabetes Tracker 1.5
"Tracks glucose/blood sugar, insulin all online"
Pros: Stores glucose or blood sugar readings for before and after breakfast, lunch, dinner, exercise and bedtime. Graphs the data and shows me how many of the readings fall in my target range. Can easily see how well I'm doing controlling diabetes
Cons: Not able to access from my iphone.
