Although there's nothing revolutionary about Matrix Trilogy 3D Code Screensaver, it is free and packed with customization options. As in earlier versions of Matrix screensavers, you'll see the familiar green computer code run down the screen, though you can easily change the color of the characters. Where this program stands out is its feature set. You can choose to display a clock, as well as pictures from all three films in the series. You'll also find settings for changing the size of the glyphs and the rotation and speed of the code. The theme music is better than many other MIDI-based soundtracks we've heard, but you always can disable both the music and sound effects. Fans of the Matrix flicks who have spent all their money at the theaters will probably enjoy this screensaver.

None really. Only that it's old and will probably never be updated again but great write-up by it's creator and I would agree with him that there is really nothing more to add to this one.

Not sure what some of the idiots are talking about below. I've tried at least a half dozen Matrix screen savers and while there are 2 or 3 good ones out there, this one is by far the best of the bunch with the most options and gorgeous 3D graphics. Looks absolutely stunning on my 2 x 24" monitor setup in 1920 x 1200 resolution. Seriously, what more could you ask for in a screensaver? Get it now and don't look back. Even the free version is worth the time I guarantee it!

I agree, the audio (especially one of them) was quite annoying.. It would be great if an update would include an option to use your own music..

I agree with peace fist, anything below a gig mhts and one and a half gig ram will make it seem annoying but if you minimize and close unnecessary programs before you decide to go to the potty, I'm sure you'd agree it does look good on an average system and remember... IT'S FREE...
