Easily point and click in the graphical display audio window to insert cut. Gives you the option of splitting files into a certain number of sections or you can split them by a certain size or manually edit the mp3 file. Join your files into one big file or gives you the option to create a new output file for every n files joined. Comes with integrated Help files. Ability to read M3U and PLS playlist and delete original files after split or join process.
Version 2.5 provides compatibility with Windows Vista.

Pros: Worked great the first time I used it. Was amazed how fast it joined 14 files.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of I didn't try the split file yet.
