"It doesn't join anything at all!:-("
Pros: Download.com states that the minimum is Windows 98. It starts and can be used also on Win 95B but, BUT, see the Cons...
Cons: Although it starts on 95 as well, its interface is the extreme nothing, poor, ugly, old, etc.; 2) the homepage doesn't appear to exist anymore; 3) it claims to join MP3s and WAVs. When I tried to join 2 WAV files it immediately said "joined successfully" but the end result was a 'joined' invalid file of only 44 bytes...
I don't know if it's fault of Win 95. I hope that in newer systems it will do its job!

"worked ok once then crashed every time after that"
Pros: when it worked it did exactly what i wanted
Cons: slow , poor playback & crashed way too much

Summary: Joined a couple of mp3s together without a problem, there's no audible gap between the join. Haven't tried splitting or wavs but for mp3s, it's fine
