  Excellent features at very reasonable price. I don't think, elsewhere is possible to get nice chat features at the nominal fee except Live2Support.

  Pros

  Live2Support is a very good option for live customer support service. It's cheap (if you bring others to comparison) and it's a complete software with all the graphics and statistics. It shows us how meaningful and useful this kind of tool can really do for the good of your business. I certainly recommend it.

  Cons

  Video feature is not available but i don't think it is necessary.

  I am very impressed with live2support?s department based chat feature. Now one can directly assign a particular chat to a specific department like promotion page of website can be directly linked to sales department.

  Live2Support works really well. I have used so many services but nothing comes equivalent to Live2Support.Though Others are also good, Live2Support has its name because of vigorous software and consistently outstanding performance.

  Excellent tool for instant communication with online customers Easy to integrate, simple and quick process, just sign-up login, copy codes and place them in web page and upload. Compact application, with easy to navigate.

  No voice chat. I hope that they add that too within the price.

  About Live2Support service : I tried Live2Support ! Live Chat service and found beyond my expectation. We have our online business web site and were looking for additional option for communication with our online customers. For that I searched for live chat service solution and tried couple of them. But this one was perfect for what we need. We have couple person in different department and want our customer should able to reach them directly from our web site. While some time it is not easy to support customers through telephone. This tool makes support much easier. It allow multiple customers handling easy. Customer is able to immediately connect us while they are in the process of purchasing our web site. But many time small queries stopping them finalizing purchase like unable to locate shipping cost or warranty terms etc. Integration, GUI and use : It was easy. Initially I signed for 15 days free trail for single operator login later I upgraded to paid multiple operators login package. Sign-up process was simple. Got account confirmation email immediate after sign-up, then I logged in and copied there default (recommended codes) and pasted them in one of our web site page. After uploading web page off-line leave a message graphic was appeared on web page. Then downloaded Live2Support windows application and logged in, graphic on web site was changed to on-line automatically. It was so quick I was on-line in couple of minutes. Then I start digging around. I took some time in checking various features then I integrated in required web pages of our web site. Interface is simple and most of it is single window base so you need not look here to there for commonly required function. Interface can be minimize to system tray, on chat request it pops up and ring sound alerts you. Most function is easy in use you need not to do much effort in understanding them. Like to pick up chat just double click on IP address monitoring window that will open a new window for chat so you will have one to one chat session with your web site customers. You can chat with multiple customers on your web site at the same in each different session chat window. Features : Application has lots of features. Many of the features I have not thought. Lots information about web site visitors, you know before chat who they are and from where they are. Chat sessions are automatically saved, email and management in control panel. Automatically inviting visitors on web site, guiding them on website. Passing order information from web site to directly into chat session to make support person life easier. I found this service excellent, I can recommend to any one.
