Pros
Does what I need. The program sits on the systray as it can be expected. Has a great notemanager, you can track the changes you made on the note. The notes can be locked to the screen, in this case you can set them transparent. The notes can be collapsed, so they don't take much place on the screen.
Cons
Nothing big so far.
