From Liatro.com :Liatro SWF Tools includes SWF Decoder 2.8a and SWF Compress 1.2. Liatro SWF Decoder lets you extract all resources from Flash movie file (SWF), including action scripts, buttons, shapes, images, sprites, texts, fonts, frames and sounds. Resources are extracted as usable JPEG, MP3, wav, text or SWF files. SWF decoder is extremely easy-to-use, simply click the SWF file in the embedded explorer, the program will decode the movie and generate a visual element tree. You can export any element in the tree, you can also view the selected element with the build-in flash player. Version 2.8 can decode action script. Liatro SWF Compress lets you compress Flash Movie produced by Flash V4, V5, and V6, reduce file size of your movie effectively, fast download progress by your Web client.

"Good to get smaller swf, but ..."
Summary: Work well for swf created with Flash MX, but not movie created with Freehand MX (I tried with blend objects).

Summary: All I needed was the MP3 from an swf file. I had tried a few other utils with no success but this one did it perfectly! I did not try the other features since all I needed was the MP3.

Summary: I don't know why others rated this as bad. It works GREAT and does exactly what it says it does. Ignore the bad posts and try it for yourself. I'm sure glad that I did.
