Kernel Outlook PST File Recovery Software, repairs and restores email from damaged or corrupted Microsoft Outlook PST file. Microsoft Outlook uses a .pst (Personal Storage File) file to store all email messages, contacts, notes, journals, tasks and folders. Software scans the damaged .pst file and extracts the recoverable email messages into a new usable .pst file, enabling Outlook PST File Recovery. Version 7.05.01 supports pst recovery from Microsoft Outlook 97, Outlook 98, Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 and allows saving the recovered emails in .PST, .EML, .MSG and .DBX file formats.

"Piece of crap program! 0 stars!"
Pros: Absoultely nothing!
Cons: Customer Service Horrible!

"Bad customer service/product did not work as advertised"
Pros: It did recover emails and folders but contact information was a little less than 50% recover. Unfortunately there was about 500 contacts that were not recovered.
Cons: After buying the software to recover a pst file it only recovered about 50% of contacts. After contacting customer service and submitting 2gb file over ftp it took repeated attempts for them to respond. Two months later still a broken pst file.
Summary: If customer service had been more responsive I would not have been so annoyed. First time I contacted customer service they said it will be ready in two days then after three days it still wasn't ready. They said contact them in another two days a... read more >>
