This is *not* free - they want $10/year for their service. They offer a free plug-in for Internet Explorer & Firefox, but you need to pay them for their service.
Summary
Keep looking for a better option. This is not free and should not even be in the 'free' area.

Pros
easy to use, free and has more features than BayGenie Free Edition. For me the most time saving feature is remembering my eBay login, so I don't need to type eBay ID and password every time.

only track and snipe one item at at time

This is the best one item sniper for casual eBay buyers. You should never bid on eBay without this tool. However, without multiple items and group bidding support, savvy buyers or sellers might want to stick to what they are using now.
