Internet Resume Search Software (A resume aggregator tool for candidate sourcing; finding job candidates) At the push of a button, this software is a powerful tool, especially for recruiters (or anyone else hiring) wanting to find resumes of qualified candidates for a specific job position. This small but swift software PC program (MAC development in progress) allows its users to search the Internet via major search engines to find any type of resume that the searcher chooses. For example: 1. IT Recruiters--say, you might want to find resumes specifically stating ".NET developer" in specifically "Washington, DC". For a specific Washington, DC search, the searcher would use this software by (a) selecting simultaneously all of the search engines available, currently (e.g., Google, Bing, and Ask) for; (b) ".NET Developer" and (c) "Washington, DC" (quotes meaning: to find the exact keyword phrase); 2. Another search example: say the searcher wants to find .NET Developer , Washington, DC , New York City will find a large resume list matching the keyword terms .NET Developer in additon to Washington, DC and New York City without any specificity the result would be a larger list (first main results will have your main terms and then you will also get less specificity [each word individually]). This is probably the most useful case in many scenerios; 3. The searcher could also search a mix of specific and non-specific keyword terms with quotes and non-quotes and the top results will be with the terms utilizing the quotes; The searcher may click on any available link to download a resume. Using this software, the searcher will also have the ability to export or save (archive) the links found in a search into an HTML or text file for later viewing.
