From Allscoop :Proxy Changer is a windows program that runs in the system tray and allows you to quickly change between proxy servers, or to quickly change proxy settings. Simply setup proxy servers in the program and set one as default and one as an alternate to be able to quickly switch between them. Can also enable and disable proxy, set to automatically detect settings, or to use the automatic configuration setting, all from the system tray within a few clicks. Ideal for users who use a laptop between home and work, or for anyone who needs to quickly and effortlessly be able to change a proxy setting in IE. All settings are changed on the fly without the need to restart Internet Explorer.

Version: Internet Explorer Proxy Monitor 1
Pros: All tests showed my proxy i.p.not my real one.
Cons: Not even a small text file to help. (But it is simple).

Pros: Seriously speaking,this is the best proxy software i have found. I search ALL the proxy software which includes getanonymous, a4proxy, ghostsurf and etc..this is still the best.
Allscoop,please continue the good work and produce/update(see below) a new version to it,but please make it free:)
Cons: One disadvantage is that I can only switch btw 2 proxies EASILY.It is better if we can choose btw 5 or more:)

"Simple to configure and simple to use"
Pros: I don't understand why there has been negative reviews... a simple tool that does exactly what it claims. nothing more, nothing less: if you need to change easily your proxy configuration and you can't do that with a single configuration script then ...download it

"Not able to change Advanced Proxy Settings"
Pros: Simple, does what it says, no frills. Good for the average user who needs to change between enabling two main proxy servers (and disabling) quickly.
Cons: When disabling Proxy, erases all advanced proxy settings. When enabling, not able to apply advanced proxy settings. Not good for user requiring advanced proxy setting manipulation.
