The simple solution to a cashbook. You can capture your bank statements for easy distribution to your accountant or bookkeeper saving yourself money on accounting fees or the easy way to record all your home accounts/creditors invoices/debtors invoices/cash slips/earnings that you gather for home or small business use. With a integrated budget, you enter your income or expenditures in the easy to use capture schedule.
The result will give you a printable report (Vs Budget) identifying where every cent at home or in your small business has been used and Cash Flow forecast. The program has a default code list for all your expenditure areas listed, which you can edit to suite your own personal needs (example, vehicle repayments, fuel, telephone, insurances). You can copy all your captured data to an Excel spreadsheet for further calculations. Version 2007.1.R2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
