From Vixelsoft:Image viewing and editing software designed to handle image or fax documents for Windows XP or earlier Windows. Able to read and save multi-page image documents in TIFF or PDF, and supports over 30 other image formats. Allow image format conversion for BMP, JPEG, PCX/DCX, TIFF, TGA and PDF. Adding text, shapes, highlight, stamp annotations to images. Reading and saving Kodak Imaging compatible annotations.
Built-in image editing tools especially useful for processing scanned paper documents, such as croping black border or white edge space automatically, straightening scanned page (deskew), removing noise spots (despeckle). Individual pages in a multi-page image file can be re-arranged or deleted.
Version 1.4.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros: After upgraded to Windows XP, I could not open the annotations on my old Kodak image files because Kodak Imaging is not included in XP. This software saved me, and I can use PDF format for my scanned images.
