ImageBuddy with its simple and intuitive interface lets you rotate, size, crop, mask and layout your digital photos for printing in just a few simple click. Need 20 wallets and a 5x7 of each member of the soccer team? No problem with Image Buddy's built in event page you can create standard "packages" that you reuse over and over again.
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I find ImageBuddy can do some things for me that I can't do in Photoshop. I love the ability to print contact sheets with labeling just the way I want, and so easily! I just wish I could close windows and reopen new ones without restarting the application.

...inability to free rotate iamges.<br />This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Image Buddy is a cool little app. What appealed to me most was the ability to create a collage of photos on a single page, apply masks to each photo independently of the other and then be able to print the collage. However I was very disappointed to discover that you cannot free-rotate, or specify increments of rotation other than 90 and 180 degrees. This unfortunately makes it a deal breaker for me... but maybe not for you.
The sperately downloadable documentation is very well done and quite complete.
Add free-rotate capability and you've got my order.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Does things that iPhoto wishes it could do. My photos look much better output from Imagebuddy than they did from iPhoto. This software runs rings around Portraits and Prints. Lots of great extra features like masking, shadows, watermarks, and on and on. The Auto color feature makes better adjustments than Photoshop with just one click!

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />i bought a couple of picture frames recently with multiple sizes and, without even reading any documentation, was easily able to arrange my pictures and print them all on one page. One suggestion would be to include some basic image editing features, such as adjusting brightness/contrast or color.

Great controls and quality output. With GraphicConverter and ImageBuddy, I have been able to handle any photo printing project on my color inkjet printer. This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I have to say I like this software it allows for easy and consistent results. <p>The feature I would like to see is the ability to select all the images I want to print and have them all placed with one click. Right now you have to pick each image and place and then move on to the next. <p> I use sheet protectors that have their own holes and are large enough for the paper I print on. This way I just alternate the way I load the paper into the protectors , and never have to worry about even being bothered with the hassel of hole punching my sheets.

This program looks promising.
Like the previous reviewer, it would be crucial to me to be able to do "Hole Punch Offsets" on both sides of the page- in fact, in Manual Layout mode, it should default to putting the offset on opposite sides for each adjacent page of a multi-page layout. Or at least to be able to set this in the preferences.
It would also be great to have a few distribute/align buttons like layout programs usually do- so you could select (multiple) photos and quickly lay them out accurately.
I'm using Portraits and Prints so far, but this looks like it has a lot of promise. I may switch over. the multi-page layout and ability to move & resize pictures without having to go change templates are big advantages.
One more feature desired...

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This IS a great product, but there's just one more feature that I'd dearly love to see, and for which I've been waiting a LONG time.
One of my print storage approaches is to have photo sheets back to back in a 3-hole-punched clear plastic insert. That creates the need to have 1/2 of the photo sheets with 3-hole punches on the left, the other half on the right.
While the Contact Sheet layout has a left/right hole punch offset option Page Layout doesn't.
Great program

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I think I'm going to have to buy this, it's a really nice package.
With that said, there's just a few very small nits I'd like to see addressed:
1. Support for scroll wheels.
2. In the layout modes, an icon would better convey some of the option buttons instead of text. (ie: "C..." for center text should be replaced with a left justified looking icon)
3. More included "Event Packages"
Like I said, very minor nits. If I could give 1/2 star off, I would.
