Iconizer Pro is an application developed for automatically generating a set of 32 bit full color icons from any pictures to be a background of CD, folder or other container windows. The icons can also be viewed on any Mac OS from Mac OS 6 through Mac OS X 10.3 Iconizer can also manage icon sets, create preview pictures and blank-transparent icons (icons which show only their name.). Apple's DeepMask (8 bit mask with different levels of transparency) is now supported. Iconizer Pro can run under Extension Off and does not require any special extensions. It can work as both a stand-alone application and a Photoshop plug-in. Mac OS X version is also available.

Nice package but free version seriously limited

The software works quite easily and is self-explanatory.
Cons
The freeware version will only output videos at three minutes or less in length. If you want to convert a longer video, you must buy the software. While I have no objection to software being sold, it's deceptive to call this software "free" here.
Summary
Not freeware so the product placement here as "free" is deceptive. It will only convert very short videos under three minutes. I would not buy a product that was so deceptively marketed.
