  Pros

  This program is pretty easy to use and the perfect choice for people who want to change icons of one of their files.

  Cons

  For people who want to load an icon package for their system like *.ips etc, this program is useless unless you want to waste your time applying icons toeach and every file. Instead of downloading this, i suggest people to buy Axialis Icon Workshop

  Pros

  -Changes windows systems icons, there are some icon packs online to change a lot of icons with one click -Can individually change a folder/drive icon.(Click last two icons in the preview picture) -Changes all cursors also

  Cons

  Using XP. Does not change all icons: you try right click in browser and save anything and it'll come out the My Recent Documents, Desktop, My Documents, etc. The first two icons cannot be changed, kind of break my icon theme. Continued in summary...

  Summary

  -Individual .ico icon sometimes cannot be opened to use and I have to make use another program to make it into a .icl icon library to make this program open and use the icon. -I'm not sure if it's this program's fault but when I first use it, my text files icon and configuration settings icons become sharing the same icon and no matter what I try if I change one of the icon, the other icon will change, reverting them back to windows icons does not help. -Hmm, not really a con for me but I should say that the icons packs that come with this program are not very pretty.

  I do see a few icons that have a slite different look to them but not many!!

  Do not see that much of a change to my iCons. I had iCon Desktop Toy 4.1 before I downloaded iCon Tweaker. Maybe that has an effect on what I now see??

  Summary

  I did like the selection I could choose from but however post downloading iCon Tweaker I do not see much of a change to my Desktop!!

  Just downloaded it! Looks great, really excited about jazzing up my icons!

  Seems very easy to use so far

  Summary

  Not a particularly attractive piece of software, not compared to icon packager anyway but beggars can't be choosers and it does the job just as well!

• Changes all Icons with the Click of a Button

  Pros

  Themes radically change all icons from "My Computer" to "Workgroup."

  Cons

  The program does not specifically give you icons to change individual folders. The way everything works is through themes.

  Summary

  Gives all your folders a brand-new look.

  icons are some what made in a hurry, and have nothing to motivate you to keep them
