Publisher's description of IVEO Viewer
Accessibility features are built into the free IVEO Viewer-viewing and zooming software for Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG). Open and view any SVG file with IVEO Viewer. If the SVG file is audio-enabled through IVEO Creator by ViewPlus Technologies, the packaged self-voicing engine will read out text and elements.
IVEO Viewer allows zooming and panning views of the document as well as a zoom rectangle to look at specific portions of the SVG file. Use with tactile output and a touch screen for further accessibility.

"Not worth the trouble just to view SVG graphics."
Pros: I didn't like this program.
Cons: There is no way to uninstall this program, the text to speach is a pain if you just want to use it as a SVG viewer, it takes over the screen.
Summary: I have been trying to uninstall this program since I installed it, I can't switch to other programs once it is running, (it does not allow the taskbar to show). Free or not, it isn't worth the install if you only want a SVG viewer.
