Designed to run on Windows XP Pro or Windows Server 2003 it takes advantage of the latest technology. A wide range of features gives you the power you need in a simple easy to use format. HotPotato can be installed once and accessed by the Kitchen, Bar Areas, Registers, Drive Throughs, and handhelds. All this from one easy install.
Export reports and data in Excel, HTML, Word, Text and XML formats. All you need to do is install it on one machine and then access it through your local network With no additional software to install. HotPotato can be used by any wireless handheld connected to your network that has a Web browser. And it's so easy to use. Orders are sent directly to the kitchen, and alerts are sent to servers when orders are ready. Alerts can also be used to show when tables are cleared and ready for the next customer.

"Outstanding, Fast and Easy to use, Mobile, Up to minute sales stats."
Pros: I can look at sales staff productivity and cash flow with a click of a mouse from anywhere. I can see who is productive and who is not. I can track my peak sales time and I can streamline my workforce. I love being able to see my business from home or anywhere I have an internet connection. Sales are up... overhead is down....I cannot believe this is free... I am going to start using the hand held feature and make my POS totally mobile... AndTechComputers rocks. Customers like the speed. HotPotato has increased our ability to serve faster by 20% and order errors are almost zero down 12%... less waste and more money in my pocket. HotPotato is HOT! :-) Drink sales have almost doubled by allowing the customer to re-order rounds with one click which feeds instantly to the bar. Drink orders are filled 3 times faster. Time spent entering in the POS is streamlined. Amazing results and a good move for my family. Business is better. Customers think it is cool. I am smiling all the way to the bank. I am going to have the HotPotato team rewrite my inventory and menus and further streamline my re-ordering process to better improve our inventory controls and to further decrease overhead. Outstanding The back-up feature is awesome. Gives me real peace mind in case my computer dies or power failure knowing all my data is safe and saved real time.
