CNET Editors' review
This free plug-in gives you a little added security by allowing you to view a link's security risk before clicking on it. Though we encountered a few minor annoyances, it worked well for us overall.
After installation, HHOTT View opens Firefox if you have that browser installed, even if it's not your default browser. For IE, we had to add the button to the toolbar. We didn't like that it added an extra toolbar for just one button. The button has a drop-down menu that enables the preview and the safe-browsing feature. The link to the publisher's site didn't work, but the About link did. There's a brief video on the site that tells you how the program works, although it's easy enough to figure out on your own. We were able to pass our mouse over each and every link on a particular Web page, without clicking, to reveal a tiny icon denoting the link's risk. Green, of course, means safe, and red, unsafe. When we disabled the safe-browsing feature, a blue icon appeared with every link. We liked the preview feature, which allowed us to view the link's source page in a separate window, and without interrupting our browsing.
We appreciate this plug-in's unobtrusive approach to keeping you safe. This is a great tool to have on hand if you're looking for a little added security.

"kinda cool, kinda weird"
Version: HHOTT View 1.0
Pros
opens a new window to show you the site when you mouse over an icon
Cons
brings up icons all over the page on almost every link even if it isn't a website. website or anything doesn't tell you where or how they get their infomation on if it's bad or not. Not details about what is bad or good, just green icon if good.
Summary
How it opens a window to show you the site is cool but every icon coming up whenever you drag your mouse across the screen is not. after a while it would just have grey icons completly and no more green no matter what I did to the settings. Doesn't say how or where they get their info on the site to tell you it's bad or not. So how do I know? No details on what is bad about it. went over links to sites that mcafee says has bad downloads and this just showed green. I never got a red icon over any site and I went over a lot of sites that are flagged by mcafee and wot.

"Can't browse without it!"
Version: HHOTT View 1.0
Pros
I am addictive to fast, click-less browsing with the help from this little plugin now. It's not bad to see the safety rating on every link too and see the bad ones get blocked.
Cons
It would be nice if it also supports FF since I like/use the new FF 3 so much. I heard it is coming by end of July, 08. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
