  Pros

  It is more likely a paint program than a digital photo processing application, however, it mixed some good effect filters. No crash happened to me. No restart asked.

  Cons

  During installation, it try to changed two .dll in the system32, without notification of version. Just deny it. The program has no select area option, even a rectangle selection. I think xnview might be more powerful in photo processing than this one.

  After installation, it informed me that i had to reboot my computer to update my configuration files. I thought that was rather odd since this is only an image viewer, adn there is no real reason to change the config files. I had no choice, so I rebooted the computer, and when I did, all of my startup programs crashed, and I got a gazillion error messages. Needless to say, I spent the rest of the night reinstalling my operating system (98SE).
