Publisher's Description
From Ivan Johansen:
This program is for drawing graphs of mathematical functions in a coordinate system. Graphs may be added with different color and line styles. Both standard functions, parameter functions and polar functions are supported. It is possible to evaluate a function at an entered point or tracing the function with the mouse. It is possible to add shadings to functions, and series of points to the coordinate system. Trendlines may be added to point series. It is possible to save the coordinate system and everything on it as an image file. It is also possible to copy an image into another program. Text labels may be placed anywhere in the coordinate system.
Version 4.3 adds calculation of the area under parametric functions, the ability to rotate labels freely, new checkboxes in the function list to indicate visibility, faster plotting of equations and inequalities, and a number of other features.
What's new in this version: Version 4.3 adds calculation of the area under parametric functions, the ability to rotate labels freely, new checkboxes in the function list to indicate visibility, faster plotting of equations and inequalities, and a number of other features.

"Download contained VIRUS?!!"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
Seems like good software for graphing for a variety of mathematics.
Cons
This download from CNET is supposed to be virus free since they scan all files before hand. Yet as I was downloading I got alerted by Norton 360 to a virus being installed in the temp files of the name T-1000. It is contained in a coupon application that seems to be piggybacked on the download. Norton flags it as high threat and Lily Jade Malware.

"Decent program but inefficient/broken"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
Simple, free, graphs stuff, exports vectors in EMF.
Cons
Buggy, not the most intuitive
Summary
I wish this would work. I'm just trying to create a log timeline with the (absolute) number of years going to the beginning of the universe 13.5B years ago. Unfortunately I can't zoom past a certain point to get any resolution. When I watch the program's memory usage it jumps to 650MB, takes 10 seconds to redraw, and if I go any further the program exits. :(

"Simple, works as described"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
If you want a lightweight, no-frills program for simple histograms or scatterplots, this is a good choice.
Cons
Outdated interface, lack of advanced options.
Summary
Worked for what I needed.

"great software"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
good software
Cons
good software
Summary
better than mat-lab

"great maths software"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
easy to use, multifunctional - does all sorts of things you can imagine with functions and graphs
Cons
doesn't run on Mac
Summary
i highly recommend Graph, this software is as plain as taking a pencil and a ruler and draw a graph of a liner function at school))

"Pretty Good"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
It's compatible with MS Word so if you need to plug the graphs in it's not a problem. Pretty easy to use. Good for people who aren't too familiar with Excel.
Cons
Interface could be a little more up to date.
Summary
It's a pretty good piece of software, I recommend it to people who just want to draw a graph and get it over with. Short learning curve, decent results.

"Simple but Powerful"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
Suitable for all kinds level of user and rich with build-in fuctions
Cons
Unable to share data with "work-sheet like" application such as Microsoft Excel

"good 2d calculator"
Version: Graph 4.3
Pros
Good user interface, a little outdated but still adequate. Full range of 2D graphing features. Excellent speed.
Cons
Calculation functions are amateurish.
Summary
I have tried this calculator for simple functions and hard ones. For simple and mildly hard functions the calculator worked great. For hard functions the the calculation of area failed (I didn't tried curve length). Obviously the author uses some simple algorithm (probably Trapezoidal rule) for calculating areas under curve. For example, this calculator gives for sin(1/x) from 0.001 to 0.01 result 9.9536E-5. The true result is 8.46047020715...E-5 .
Excellent calculator for high school. Adequate 2D calculator for college. Not good for science. -
