Pros: Works for others, apparently
Cons: Required me to update Windows Media Player to version 7.1 or above, and DirectX to 8.1 or above. I have Windows Media Player 11 and DirectX 9.0c.

Version: Free WMA to MP3 Converter 1.16
Pros: Simple install, easy navigation including drag and drop, and it is free. Able to tag songs as well. That was an unexpected extra.
Cons: No problems that I could find.
Summary: Allows me to backup my CDs to high quality wma files and then convert to mp3 if needed for mobile play. The interface is simple and works perfectly. Final file quality is excellent. Nothing wrong with this download!
