Free PDF to Word Converter shares many things in common with its competitors besides a similar name. There are some useful features here that try to address the various needs and permutations of PDFs, but it struggles to get a final output that looks perfect.
There's no drag-and-drop support, but the program can batch-convert PDFs without being restricted to specific folders. You can also customize your output folder, and choose a destination format in RTF or DOC. There's support for high levels of security, with space to provide passwords from the PDF owner and the PDF user. You can remove graphics on conversion and micro-manage the spaces between words and text boxes. Free PDF to Word Converter smoothly handles specific page range conversions, too.
It doesn't fail outright on its final output, but be prepared for some minor yet annoying formatting errors, with occasional and minor word and image overlap. Keeping this in mind, Free PDF to Word Converter is still a decent and stable converter that's worth playing with--especially if you don't have any images in your source PDF.

"Very fast, but not intuitive and result was ugly."
Pros: It was very fast to download, setup, and run.
Cons: It took me a few seconds to figure out what I needed to do, as the interface has everything you need, and even tells you what to do, but it still wasn't as intuitive as I would have liked. Result was inverted and illegible.

Pros: I couldn't find any pros.
Cons: I couldn't make it work no matter what I did. It was very frustrating.
