Frame Photo Editor provides a simple program where users can customize their digital photos. By offering several masks and frames in its user-friendly layout, interesting pictures are almost certain to result.

Frame Photo Editor's interface is sleek and professional looking and is smooth to navigate. The program's abilities are clearly laid out to avoid guesswork, thanks to its clearly marked command buttons and push-button manipulation of your photo. Most users familiar with other photo-editing software will not need the Help file, however, a very informative rundown of the program is available for newcomers. Applying changes to your pictures is delightfully simple. Users simply scroll through a menu of masks and frames that are removed and changed just as quickly as they are applied. With the ability to place several photos on the screen and adjust their size, users have the freedom to create a single shot or a collage of their images. We appreciated this flexibility and the ease to create them. We were pleased to see that the program's special features don't distract from its purpose, rather they improve it. With options to add clip art and text, users can add another custom layer to their photo work. Another interesting option was Frame Photo Editor's one-click option to set the image as your wallpaper.
