From Bizpep:Form1 is a single file Web form and form to e-mail processor. Form1 provides a fully customizable form and the script for processing and delivering form submissions to your e-mail address. All you need to do is input your Form1 delivery e-mail address, upload Form1 to your server and you have a fully functional form, without the need for additional form processing CGI scripts. Key Features - one file contains your form, form processor, and form confirmation page; your delivery e-mail address is user defined in the server side scripting and is never displayed in browser source code (this prevents your e-mail address from being harvested by spam mailing lists directly from the form page); standard preset form fields can be user adjusted; field name protocols allow you to set the fields processed for display; and e-mail validity check.
