Focus On CSS is a specialized CSS editor which requires no knowledge from the user side of Cascading Style Sheets. The program display a list of all the available CSS properties with a short description of each. The files can be edited in several ways including an Advanced Property Editor and Visual Editor. All these options let you create your own css file without writing a single line of code. Version 1.8 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"nice design but I can't print, I can't save, so I can't use."

Pros
Nice layout. There is a grid to edit properties and there is a tree structure to select your style on left. Three is a code window on the right
Cons
You would think that functions such as saving your work or printing your work should be fundamental to any application right? Not with this application. There is no print function and save does not save. It just tells you that it saved.
