Fitness Calculators 2 does provide several interactive calculators along with guidelines for a healthier, well-balanced lifestyle, but it lacks the depth of similar health and nutrition programs.
You don't need to install the program--just run the executable file and you're ready to go. Simple navigational buttons make it easy to flip through the guide and you'll find several options to search and view all sections. Numerous calculators help determine your body fat percentage, nutritional requirements, and caloric expenditure for various activities. Most of the calculators support both metric and U.S. measurements. You'll also find some general health and fitness advice and information, but unlike other diet and activity programs, Fitness Calculators 2 doesn't offer meal or exercise planners.
The restrictive one-session trial limit is another turnoff. Even so, if you're looking for a comprehensive way to measure your overall fitness, this simple program can help.
