I am Bill Nicholson, a Wilson Elementary School parent who has written a computer program that creates Facts-in-Five tests. It runs on any modern Windows computer and I am happy to provide it to parents and teachers who want to help their children practice arithmetic. It creates sets of addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division problems in a format that the kids are used to seeing in school. It can also print a key with the solutions to the tests.
Could be useful if I was smart enough to unwrap it. Would like to have it for homeschooling my 3rd grader.
Cons
I never did make it through the set-up. First time it caused a restart(never a good sign) and on the second download I never did jump through all the hoops to get it up and running. A program this small and simple has no excuse for this kind of sloppy programming.
