It gives instant confirmation of delivery by checking the address before it sends, which eliminates the Mail Undeliverable messages. It can also get confirmation that your message has been read. Additionally, it will save your sending status in case of an interruption.

"STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY"
Pros: there are no pros....they are money suckers....they used to reply within a day before purchasing but after that....100 mails no reply
Cons: they are super trained money suckers...i purchased thier email package and then they forced me to purchase their private list package telling that it has 10% conversion , they emailed me when i asked question within a day before purchasing , suckers

Summary: After paid by WU, I can access my account after 2 hours. Well, I can get what I paid for. I'm almost 60yrs old and not really computer literate but this product gives me confidence through its ease of use.

"Problems with support, general practices"
Pros: nice interface, ease of use, simple and reasonable price.
Cons: Purchased the software, Software did not work, Support had me try a couple of thing..that did not work. Was told to purchase other software from them that would work. I indicated their track record was not good. Asked for a refund, still waiting
